  1. Upon account deletion: collected personal information is destroyed without delay.
  2. Statutory retention (examples): records relating to contracts and payments, consumer complaints, access logs, and tax/accounting records may be retained for periods required by applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
  3. Others: personal information whose retention period has ended is promptly and safely destroyed.

  1. As a rule, the Company does not provide personal information to third parties.
